🚨 A little update from the Waterloo Cross 🚨

Due to an unexpected maintenance issue in our cellar, we’re currently experiencing limited availability on our draught pumps.

The good news? We’re still OPEN as normal! 🍻

Our fridges are fully stocked with plenty of ice-cold bottled beers, ciders, lagers, along with a full range of soft drinks, and our kitchen is open as usual serving all your favourite meals.

We’re working hard to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and understanding – we really appreciate your continued support.

⚠️ Important Notice to Our Guests ⚠️

Due to the extreme heat, we have unfortunately experienced equipment issues today.

Our dedicated gluten-free fryer has gone down and we are currently waiting for an engineer to attend. Unfortunately, this means some of our gluten-free fried menu items may not be available.

In addition, our steak griddle has also decided to take the day off and is awaiting repair, which may affect the availability of some of our steak dishes.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and wanted to make guests aware before travelling to the Waterloo Cross.

The good news is that we still have plenty of delicious options available across our menu, and our team will be happy to help you choose an alternative if needed.

As temperatures rise, we’d like to ask everyone to be mindful of our fantastic team here at the Waterloo Cross.

Our chefs, bar staff and front-of-house team will be working hard to keep the food coming and the drinks flowing, but they may need the occasional extra break to stay cool and hydrated during the heat.

There may be slight delays at busy times, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
