Morning all
Bit of a curry stall favourite today but we haven't gone it for ages!
Got loads of fresh fenugreek and vine tomatos from the veg shop so we are doing chicken methi
Wonderful fragrant curry with fried onions, rich masala, and tons of lovely fresh fenugreek
Also butter bean jalfrezi for our vegetarian comrades, soft butter beans with toasted cumin, fresh peppers, coriander and lemon
And methi aloo- Bombay potato with fried onions and methi

Morning all
Lovely traditional Goan style curry today
Slow cooked rare breed pork shoulder with tamarind, Kashmiri chilli, cinnamon and curry leaves. Really rich and zingy with a lovely tangy sauce one if our toop favourite Currys!
Also we have south Indian Dahl with red lentils, curry leaves and squash
And Bombay potato with fresh methi

morning all!
we're back on Culver st today with a rich and delicious Sri lankan chicken curry
caramelised coconut, fried onions, roasted spices mix and tamarind, fresh curry leaves and tomatoes this is a real fav!
also black eye beans with vegetables and coconut south Indian style
and Bombay potato with fresh fenugreek
all ready at 12 :) x

Morning all, we're back in Culver st today seems like ages!
Normal weather has resumed so we are doing a nice hearty chicken Dansak. Lovely complex spice mix and a rich hearty sauce thickened with lentils and tomato.
We also have Bombay potato cooked with fresh methi and fried onions
And a tarka Dahl with flamingo peas, fried onions and tomato

Morning all
Lovely summer weather today so we're keeping it light and zingy
We have chicken jalfrezi with roasted cumin, fresh peppers, cherry tomatos, coriander and lemon
Chickpea Dahl with tamarind and curry leaves
Aloo Gobi, Bombay potato with cauliflower and punch puran spices
And pilau rice for a little change :)

Hello all, we are so sorry to let you down today but we've forgotten some vital equipment and are unable to go get it and get back on time to get everything done - so there will be no curry stall today😢 - back on Friday. Apologies again!

Morning everyone
Spring is back so we're doing a nice chicken madras
Lots of expensive spices in this one, lovely Sri lankan cinnamon, cloves and mace and poppy seeds, a rich coconut sauce and lots of fragrant mild Kashmiri chillis
Green lentil Dahl with organic hodmedods lentils, fried onions and roasted spices
And Bombay potatoes South Indian style with mustard seeds and curry leaves

Morning all, cold weather curry times again today!
We are doing a giant xacuti curry with slow cooked pork shoulder from rare breed meats
Caramelised coconut, curry leaves and a lovely rich masala with black cardamom, mace, and Sri lankan cinnamon, this should be a real treat don't miss it!
Also we have saag aloo withoads of lovely fresh mustard greens, fried onions and toasted whole spices
And our classic tarka Dahl with split chana lentils, fried spices and a tomato sauce

Morning all!
Nice and sunny today and we've got our compilation of of suspiciously foreign sounding music playing to slightly discomfort any reform voting pedestrians
We're cooking a Moroccan style chicken tagine today, slow cooked with lots of different vegetables, saffron, rose and preserved lemon. It's a milder but very tasty option!
Also Bombay potato with toasted mustard seeds
And a middle eastern bean dish for the veggie option- soft white beans cooked with dill and spinach, extra virgin olive oil and toasted cumin
