Meet Claire Griffiths – a warm and passionate hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience managing cafés, hotels, and most recently serving as Assistant Manager at the Plymouth Arms in St. At the heart of this new venture is a close-knit team she’s incredibly proud of: her son Josh, learning the ropes with ambitions of running his own pub one day; her brother Mark, a talented Head Chef; Sue, a trusted Supervisor and close friend; her niece Eve, bringing energy and charm front of house; and working tirelessly behind the scenes, her brothers Paul and Matt. Claire’s love for people, friendly nature, and passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere shine through in everything she does – and when she’s not at the pub, she’s likely enjoying a bit of shopping or catching up with friends.
