Things are about to get a little tasty around here 👀

Octobers menu is here & you won’t want to miss this!

October called for comfort food. 🍂
We took that quite seriously.

🍝Marry Me Chicken Meatballs
🍜Beef Lasagne Soup
🇲🇽Loaded Fajita Chicken Potatoes
🍕Chicken & Pepperoni Pizza Pasta

That’s just a few of the ten main meals joining us this month.

There are also completely new breakfasts.
Completely new snacks.

And several dishes we suspect will be ordered before customers have finished reading their names.

The October menu is live and orders are open for Sunday delivery.🚚

A few things to look forward to this week 👀

We’re on the 98th heatwave of the summer 🔥
Tomorrow we’ll be experiencing a solar eclipse 🪐
Andddd we’re giving you something fresh for next week 🙌🏼

The main menu isn’t going anywhere just yet.

But we thought breakfast and lunch deserved a little refresh ✨

Think Apple Crumble Overnight Oats, Toffee Crisp Overnight Oats, Pancake Tacos…

Plus our new Tuna Crunch Melt and Souvlaki Chicken Flatbread.

Just a few new reasons to look forward to opening the fridge.

Orders are open now for Sunday delivery.🚚

A familiar week, with something new to enjoy.

July was such an incredible month 🫶🏼

From keeping busy with all our meal prep orders

To supplying meals to some of our sports clubs

We also managed to squeeze in a little trip to our favourite place & watch the World Cup semi finals 🇪🇸

We’re forever grateful to everyone who supports our family business & keeps us busy month after month 💚

Excited to see what August has in store for us 🙌🏼

28/07/2026

Welcome to August ✨

Summer is officially in full swing and we’ve put together the most perfect menu, just for you

Fresh meals. Fresh breakfasts. Fresh lunches.
All designed to fit around your week, not take it over.

Think Harissa Lamb Burger, Romesco Salmon Fillet and Chicken Caesar Fusilli Pasta Salad… with new breakfasts like Coco Pop Overnight Oats waiting in the fridge for busy mornings.

The best weeks don’t happen by accident.

They start with a little preparation 🫶🏼

Orders are open now for Sunday delivery.

We’ll take care of the food.

You take care of everything else 💚

27/07/2026

For our August menu…

There will be a small increase to our breakfasts and snacks:

🥣 Breakfasts: £3.50
🌯 Snacks: £4.50

We’ve worked hard to keep our prices as low as possible, but with rising ingredient and packaging costs, this small increase will help us continue providing the fresh high-quality meals you know and love 🫶🏼

Our £60 plan (which has been this price since 2023), will now be £65.

Thank you for your continued support. We are incredibly grateful to you all 💚

15/07/2026

We’re back 🙌🏼

And we’ve got some brand new breakfasts for the rest of July 🤤

Orders are open for Sunday delivery

Just to say…

Next week is going to look a little different.

There’ll be NO Wednesday delivery, so we wanted to give you plenty of notice to plan ahead.

If you’d like a full week’s worth of meals, we’ll deliver everything together on Sunday 13th July.

Our main meals are freezer-friendly too, so you can save a few for later in the week without compromising on quality.

If you only need meals to cover Sunday–Wednesday (fewer than 5 main meals), just send us a message or email and we’ll get that sorted for you.

As always, thank you for supporting our family business, we appreciate you all! 💚

We all want an easier week ✨

That’s why meal prep isn’t just about food.

It’s about protecting the time you’d rather spend doing something else.

Whether that’s getting out for a walk, training after work, spending time with family, or simply sitting down at the end of the day without thinking about dinner.

We’ve already done the hard part.

From our kitchen to yours, every meal is freshly prepared and ready when you are.

Orders close at 10pm tonight for Wednesday delivery.

Give yourself one less thing to think about this week. 💚
