On Wednesday 14 October, the chefs from THE PIG-at Bridge Place are coming to Lily’s in Canterbury city centre to cook a very special fundraising brunch.

Join us at Lily’s Social Kitchen for a relaxed, hands-on cocktail masterclass with alcohol-free drinks specialist and World Alcohol-Free Awards judge Maria Easley.

You’ll make three alcohol-free cocktails using quality alcohol-free spirits, fresh juices, syrups and seasonal ingredients.

Maria will show you how to balance different flavours and try techniques like shaking and muddling. No previous cocktail-making experience is needed – you can follow along at your own pace.

You’ll also get the recipes to take home and try again.

Whether you’re alcohol-free, cutting back, sober-curious or just fancy trying something different, you’re very welcome.

Ryan, the chocolatier behind Trufflus, will guide you through a selection of craft chocolates. You’ll taste different chocolates and learn about their flavours, aromas and textures, as well as a little about cacao and where chocolate comes from.

No previous chocolate knowledge is needed. You can come on your own, with a friend or as part of a group. 💜
