Recognised as one of the top Indian restaurants in South Wales, Castle Gate Indian Kitchen & Bar represents the next generation of Indian restaurants. Situated in the historic fortress town of Caerphilly just a few miles north of Cardiff, Castle Gate offers an extensive range of award-winning, authentic Indian cuisine. With this flagship eatery, restaurant owner Robi has successfully introduced a sophisticated, yet welcoming "London brasserie-style" Indian dining experience to Caerphilly and has reaped the rewards - or shall we say awards, for his efforts. Last year we won the prestigious Welsh Restaurant Awards 2022 "Indian Restaurant of the Year" to add to the many other awards and accreditations!

HUGE apologies to any of our valued customers who were inconvenienced or let down last night with our takeaway service. Our online ordering system crashed, which prevented us from being able to see and access incoming orders. This created a backlog which we struggled with until our technician managed to resolve the problem. We are so sorry if this led to a delay or cancellation of your order. We are happy that the issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Best wishes and we look forward to serving you.
