With over 5000 people participating in our challenge that rolls out in Summer & Winter each year and with a retention rate over over 65% returning to participate we think our stats speak for themselves.

1. WEIGHT LOSS & REDUCTION OF FAT & Inches then its BIGGEST LOSER

2. BODY FAT % and Enhancement of lean muscle tissue through a more stricter regimented plan then SHAPE UP is for you.

We are delighted to see many go from Biggest Loser to Shape Up level having kept the weight under control and want the next steps !
Some start and finish and return to where they don’t want to be and then restart to reactivate !
That human nature, lifestyle and for many individuals a fresh start is needed!

We cannot stress enough to come on board, try it or redo it … in 8 weeks you will become a better version of you with more vitality for life but dont forget we are there to guide ….. you are accountable throughout the process !

TODAY SESSION was a decending ladder
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of :

KB swings Heavy
Deadlift
Pull Up or Ring Rows ( double reps on RR)

Between each round complete :
400m C2 or AIR Bike
1 Complex :
4 x DOUBLE DB CLEANS
3 x DB STOH
2 x DB DEVIL PRESS

THIS SESSION IS FOR TIME with a 40 min time cap

Scale it with : RING ROWS and Go single arm devil press if needed.
