Summer is in full swing, our opening hours are expanding, and our menu is bursting with the very best of the season.

With Bude-born chef Kyan, who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and has a real passion for seafood, our menu changes daily, guided by the very best the land and sea have to offer. Bude lobster, crab landed by the day boats near Padstow and beautiful vegetables from , an 11-acre certified organic market garden, all help shape the dishes we serve.

No two days are ever quite the same, and that’s exactly how we like it.

From next week we’re open 7 days a week, including Mondays.
