What a pleasure to do the Wrap party for Brighton festival! Big thanks to our amazing team for the fantastic food and smiley service! Thanks also to the lovely festival team who are always a dream to work with!

What a very special evening! So much thought had gone into it over the past weeks from Alison and B! From sourcing some very special ingredients locally and in Turkey - from Amalfi heritage lemons to cherry stone powder from Fethiye, to foraging magnolia petals from Preston Park for the kunefe juice and mushrooms for the manti. A shot of whey on arrival extracted from the homemade yoghurt, and the expertly butchered lamb not leaving anything to waste and so beautifully cooked and stuffed with Turkish apricots! Alison’s attention to detail is another level and how lucky we were to experience another Turkish night! Look out for the next one! Sad not to have got more food pics but to busy enjoying eating!

Prepping done and ready for you all tomorrow! ‘Sıfı’ our Turkish pop is now SOLD OUT! With vine leaves from Alison’s allotment collected at 7am today for dolma, home made sourdough, and manti with foraged mushrooms! The lamb is in the oven cooking slowly over night and we cant wait to welcome you all!
