At Kindling, we believe that great steak should be for everyone.

Located in the heart of Brighton, our restaurant offers a laid-back dining experience with great value and quality beef cooked over charcoal and live fire. Our menu is simple but spot-on. It features grass-fed British beef and stunning cocktails, wines and beers that perfectly complement your meal.

It might be June, but we've just looked outside and it says roast season. 🍽️🔥

A 500g dry-aged sirloin on the bone, cooked over charcoal and served with crispy duck fat rosemary roast potatoes, honey-roasted carrots, Yorkshire puddings, chargrilled hispi cabbage and plenty of red wine & onion gravy. 😋

Our roasts are made for sharing, £29 per person. Served until 6pm (or until we run out) every Sunday alongside our usual à la carte menu. Why not pop over?

We had a great time last night at the party celebrating being voted Best Lunch (you guys!! ❤️) and the 2nd Best Restaurant in Brighton.
