The hotel sits in a corner of the timeless village of Ashford in the Water, at the heart of the beautiful Peak District of Derbyshire - An ideal base from which to explore the rich heritage and activities the region has to offer. We pride ourselves on delivering 1st class food, service & hospitality. All of our Rooms have the booking option of either bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast. Our

dinner menu is a stunning country house hotel style 3 course menu focusing on stunning local produce and seasonality. At Lunch we offer a more laid back affair, with 2-courses from just £34pp including our delicious traditional Sunday Lunch.

If you’re an early riser, chances are you’ve already met her — she’s usually here bright and early serving breakfast with a smile and making sure everyone starts their day the right way ☕🍳

Known for her warm personality, hard work, and positive energy, Silvi brings such a lovely atmosphere to the team every single day. Whether she’s chatting with regulars, keeping breakfast service running smoothly, or helping guests feel right at home, she always goes above and beyond.
