Honestly, if you’re not questioning everything right now then you are out of touch with the reality of the world. When we bought this cafe 3.5 years ago we never thought the greed of others would have such an impact. Perhaps it was naive, but here we are, fighting in ways we didn’t imagine. It is a hostile environment in this country for a small business, but it is also all the independent businesses that make this country unique.
Unfortunately, they will disappear before you realise you miss them.

Happy bank holiday everyone…. These bins were cleared and litter picked this morning. This is one day of waste and one bin- the rest are equally full. Also thank you to the family that called me a dog because I asked them to take their 6 full black bin bags home with them instead of dumping it- of course they told me they could have just left the rubbish instead of brining it up. Great day 🥂🥂
