In December 2026, a remarkable new dining experience will open alongside Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas. Our restaurant will be a place where the eight seasons of Lapland come together in flavor, rhythm, and atmosphere.
The culinary vision is led by renowned chef Arto Rastas.
Arcora is designed as an all-day experience, from the moment you open your eyes until you lay your head on a pillow.
Breakfast is elevated with house-baked breads and pastries, a generous, high-quality buffet, and main courses served to your table. Lunch is built around the seasons, while afternoon tea offers a refined pause in the day, reimagined through local flavors, craftsmanship, and the quiet elegance of the North. An artisan bakery and a champagne bar complete the experience.
At the heart of it all is Restaurant 8, the crown jewel of the concept.
Here, pure northern ingredients meet refined Nordic cuisine. Each dish is carefully composed, with a focus on balance, simplicity, and elegance. The natural flavors of the ingredients take center stage, creating harmony inspired by the rhythm of Lapland’s nature.
The surrounding landscape and the national scenery opening up from our large windows are part of the dining experience. The calming, unique nature of Lapland is present in every detail, both on the plate and in the atmosphere.
