We are excited to officially announce the second installment of our ‘Meet the Winemaker’ dinner series. Join us as we sit down with Nito Alegre of Bodega Baldovar 923 and taste his fantastic, low-intervention w**es lovingly paired with a very special Traitor menu.
As before, the first 6 reservations will be automatically invited to an exclusive aperitivo with additional w**es and tapas before dinner!
About the bodega:
Located in the mountains of the Valencian interior, Baldovar 923 represents one of the most fascinating and promising w**e projects in Spain today. Driven by a clear vision: to craft mountain w**es with a distinct personality, while showing the utmost respect for the character of the terroir. Organic and biodynamic viticulture, paired with extremely low yields, ensures grapes of extraordinary quality, which are then crafted using minimal-intervention w**emaking practices.
