What buyers actually fear isn't price. It's realizing three sentences in that the sales rep doesn't get what he's selling.
This week we pulled the sales team out to the floor, stood them in front of that conveyor dishwasher, and the engineer walked through it again โ pump location, heater draw, conveyor speed setup, why the nozzle angle saves water.
Memorizing specs isn't enough. They need to know why.
So when you ask, they answer. Not because they're smooth. Because they actually studied it.
