Elijah & Roy first built a friendship while working together at Aria one of Australia's oldest and leading fine dining institutions, here Elijah worked alongside Sous chef Roy building a great working relationship. At this event Elijah and Roy will be combining the long ceramics culture & cuisine culture of Foshan with their own intricate twist of meddling the local, wild flavours and produce amidst their own imaginative & prudent ways.
