Meet Milan 🔥

You’ll find him on the wok - chasing that fire since he was 15. From little Ontario pubs to El Catrin, then Same Same Thai in Toronto, and now here with us in Whistler.

First-gen Canadian with proud Hungarian roots, and a cook who puts real love into every plate - order the shaking beef (his favourite to make) and you’ll taste it. His own go-to? The red curry duck.

Off the clock you’ll find him on his motorbike or out on the lake, mountains all around.

We’re lucky to have him. Come say hi next time you’re in!
