We’re hiring passionate cooks to join our kitchen team in the following positions:

GARDE MANGER | GRILL | SAUTÉ

If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and take pride in your craft, we want to hear from you.

Garde Manger
• Maintain and execute a high-volume cold station
• Prepare dressings and plate salads with precision
• Ensure proper stock rotation and organization

Grill
• Cook a variety of meats, game, fish, and shellfish
• Prepare sauces and support both grill and sauté stations
• Maintain strong mise en place and station readiness

Sauté
• Cook a variety of proteins with consistency and care
• Break down and portion fish and meats
• Experience with whole fish fabrication is a strong asset

What We’re Looking For
Experience is an asset across all positions—but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter most. We value team players who show up ready to contribute and grow.
