This weekend we are visiting Barc, Nepal to feature their cocktail ‘Twist of Imli’!

The Twist of Imli brings together coriander-infused gin, tangy tamarind, and fragrant lemongrass in a cocktail that captures the bold, nostalgic flavors of the region! Bright, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, it’s a reminder that the most memorable drinks are often rooted in tradition.

One sip of this cocktail and Paul Boehmer was transported back to 1976. He never set foot in a bar during that trip (and couldn’t have afforded one anyway), but he does recall that other local herbs were both cheap and abundant!
