The long weekend pairs beautifully with our KNIFE & FORK SMOKED SIDE RIBS

Pork side ribs are dry rubbed and smoked in house using apple wood until they are fall off the bone tender, then every other bone is removed to create large knife + fork worthy pieces of meat, then finally glazed in ancho barbecue sauce.
Served with napa slaw and fresh cut fries.

Half and Full rack available

We're open regular hours all weekend , including holiday Monday

From July 1st-4th, join us at Wildcraft, Solé, and Bauer Kitchen, in support of the Waterloo Terry Fox Run where proceeds from your purchase of Crème Brûlée—garnished with fresh raspberries for this special occasion—will be donated to the Terry Fox Foundation for cancer research

Thank you for helping continue a legacy that has raised more than $1 billion for cancer research.

Fundraiser from July 1- July 4
