The Sazerac 🥃

Our Masters' List rendition begins with Pierre Ferrand 10 Générations Cognac, created in honour of ten generations of the Ferrand family and their centuries-long connection to the Grande Champagne terroir of Cognac.

Made exclusively from Ugni-Blanc grapes, slowly distilled on fine lees and matured in French oak and Sauternes casks, it brings remarkable richness to one of the cocktail world's most enduring classics.

It is joined by a rare 1973 Don PX Selección, produced from Pedro Ximénez grapes harvested over fifty years ago during a summer that saw temperatures reach 45°C. Sourced from vineyards that no longer exist today, decades of aging have given it extraordinary depth and complexity.

Finished with house Sazerac bitters and La Pastis Larusée, this is a classic cocktail built on patience, exceptional ingredients, and the stories they carry.
