The design of our space draws inspiration from the mud houses of Afghanistan — warm, earthy and rich in texture. Throughout the restaurant, traditional Afghan details, handcrafted ceramics and contemporary design come together to tell a story that has been part of Zarak since the beginning.

From saffron and cardamom to dried fruits, rose, mint, pistachio, and black tea, these ingredients have shaped Afghan hospitality for generations. Rather than following trends, we look to the flavours we grew up with and reinterpret them through a modern cocktail lens.

For us, cocktails aren’t just drinks—they’re another way to celebrate Afghan culture and share it with our guests.
