If you asked me what the most expensive sandwich to make in 2026 would be, I definitely wouldnโ€™t have said Caprese.

But here we are.

Tomato prices are up 300%. I had to double, then triple check the invoice to make sure I wasnโ€™t hallucinating ๐Ÿ˜…

Good news is we are still rocking it in the kitchen.
