Chef Lorenzo Loseto engages diners with his compelling dinner menus, inspired by his traditional yet creative approach to smart seasonal cuisine. Alongside the a la carte selections are the Chef's choice tasting menus, bringing the adventure of dining to new heights. Each course can be carefully paired by our knowledgeable staff, while our Sommeliers' w**e list takes into consideration the myriad of flavours and complexities that encompass Loseto's dishes. GEORGE integrates the history of this 1850s chocolate factory with strokes of European flair, from its modern-industrial chandeliers to its intricate Art Nouveau wrought iron screens.
