When we say our products are "made from scratch", we really mean it

We are filling our freezers with literally hundreds of pounds of rhubarb right now to make pies, jams, cakes, syrups and juice. Taking the time to process it now means we can use this beautiful, locally grown fruit all year!

The art of truly making a product from scratch is sacred to us. Growing, harvesting, processing and preserving something from the ground up is how food should be made

Living on a farm gives us the opportunity to make this level of homemade & homegrown food, and we take it really seriously

A beautiful month filled with beautiful moments, ending on a beautiful full blue moon 🌙

Our first month in our new space was an absolute joy. Endlessly thankful for the support from this community ❤️

Stepping into June full of enegery and excitement! Our greenhouse and garden are growing like crazy, and our first harvest of fresh herbs will be available this week 🌱

"Once in a blue moon" you look around and you find yourself exactly where you want to be

We had the best time hosting this field trip!

We talked about seeds, soil, compost, mulch, sunlight, bees and growing zones. We talked about raising bison, living on a farm, and how every animal, insect and rodent plays an important role in our ecosystem. We ate bison roast on homemade buns, veggies, fruit and fresh herbs from our greenhouse

Working with kids is always a pleasure and we absolutely love sharing our passion for food and farms with the community!

Einkorn, spelt, rye, 7 variety spring wheat, white wheat, hard red wheat, sesame, sunflower, poppy and pumpkin
