PIRI-PIRI TUNA PASTA🌶️🌶️
Depending who you ask this dish was either developed in Mozambique or Portugal. We discovered it at a small restaurant in Gatineau. Made with macaroni, chunky tuna, julienned vegetables, and a sauce made of Greek yogourt, mayonnaise and sriracha. Can be enjoyed warmed up or cold.
