I was really hoping our green ways would inspire other restaurants in the city to compost and recycle their oil.
Should all restaurants have to do this? YES!!!!

Super simple.
Crush one block really well season however you want and add two T of flour and form into nuggets.
Freeze for a bit then dble dredge and fry until golden.
