Last Friday was a truly special day for us.

Seeing the restaurant full and watching so many people enjoy the food we make reminded us why we started — and why we keep going.

Running a restaurant has been much harder than we ever expected. We started simply because we believed in our food and wanted more people to experience it. But along the way, we’ve realized how much there is still to learn, improve, and grow.

The more we care about giving our customers a great experience, the more we don’t want to disappoint anyone. So we keep learning, making changes, and trying to be better every day.

We know we’re not perfect. Mistakes can happen, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and feedback.

Every mistake teaches us something, and every day gives us another opportunity to learn, grow, and become better.
