Seven years.
Sometimes after a long night, the team sits down for a drink and starts telling stories. One memory turns into another, and before you know it, it’s 2 a.m. and we’re asking ourselves how seven years went by so fast.
An empty restaurant became Rob’s dream. Seven years later, after countless early mornings, late nights, and more hard work than most people will ever see, that dream is still going strong.
To Rob & Terrie, who believed in this place from day one, and to every staff member who’s poured a pint, cooked a meal, worked a double, covered a shift, got through the chaos, or helped make Two Forks what it is today—thank you. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without you.
Here’s to seven years of hard work, chaos, laughs, and our favourite memories. 🍻
