Good morning soup lovers!

Today we have back in the freezer our very popular Mulligatawny Soup! It will be available hot and ready while supplies last! Do to demand this one sells out fast.
We have also made another batch of Sandra’s Own Cowboy Candy ( sweet pickled Jalapeños) This is delicious on sandwiches,burgers,hot dogs and just about anything!
We are starting on another delicious soup, our Lasagna Soup! First step is creating the Marinara Sauce for the base which will include some of our new spices straight from Marrakech Morocco!

Good morning Souper People!

Today we have another very popular soup back in stock, our extra delicious Thai Chicken Coconut Curry! We will be serving it hot and ready or frozen for takeaway!
Going into the pots today will be another batch of our sold out “Loaded Potato Bacon” soup.
There’s a beautiful cooler breeze today perfect for walking around the village and seeing our selection of 24 frozen soups in the Firehall Market.

Good morning Souper People!

Today we have back in the freezer “Dill Pickle Soup!” This one is very tasty and popular, always sells out fast! We have it available hot & ready for lunch and sampling is always free and encouraged!
Going into today’s pots is another delicious batch of Chicken Coconut Curry! Bones are roasting in the ovens for more of our homemade stocks! Our soups are all made from scratch, very hearty! 90 percent are Gluten Free with some Dairy Free and Vegan.

Good morning Soupers!

I am so excited to be sharing our soup today, our ever so popular Moroccan Sweet Potato and Lentil! (Vegan and gluten free) Particularly made special by using the fresh hand ground spices from the Souks of Marrakech Morocco brought back by our Molly (bless her beautiful heart, bringing spices back for her momma 💕) This soup will available hot today and frozen for takeaway.
Also back in the freezer is our uber popular Stout Irish Stew. This one we changed up a little with Wellington Imperial Stout from the Guelph Wellington Brewery and it is delicious!
Going into the pots for tomorrow another fun batch of Dill Pickle soup!
Ya The freezer selection is almost back to normal with 23 varieties of soup as well as Sirlion Tip Chili and of course Stout Irish Stew.
Tonight at the market is Smash Burgers & Brew put on by PS Catering and the markets own Hydrant pub! The weather is great so come down and have some soup and a sandwich at the Firehall Market in lovely downtown Port Stanley!

Good morning everyone!

Yesterday was another crazy busy day which means the soup didn’t get done! But all the prep did, So going into the pots today is our always popular Broccoli Cheddar soup! Serving hot & ready is our famous Hearty Mushroom and Rice as well as our delicious Italian Wedding soup!
Coming down the line will be more Stout Irish Stew! Bob sold another print of “The Conspiracy “ yesterday so if you’re looking for a Fathers Day present check out his other works!

Today it’s finally finished and hot and ready! Italian Wedding Soup is back in stock! We made 1384 meatballs for this batch (but who’s counting) besides Bobby!
Going into the pots for tomorrow is another batch of Hearty Mushroom and Wild Rice! This one is made with 5 different mushrooms, Mini Bella,Yellow Boletes,Oyster,Porcini and Portobello mushrooms! This one always sells out quickly!

Good morning Souper people!

Yes we are open today and rolling meatballs for the next big batch of Italian Wedding Soup that will be available on Thursday. We have some of our Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup left but it was flying out the door yesterday! The freezer is still in fairly good shape. It’s not easy keeping up with demand but we will continue to stock the soups. Come get you some at the Firehall Market in lovely downtown Port Stanley.

Good morning Souper People!

Today’s the day, our Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup is back in stock both in the freezer and served hot! We also have another 25 delicious & different varieties of soups in the freezer to tempt your tastes!
Also, today we begin the process of making Italian Wedding Soup, rolling no less than 1100!! yes Eleven Hundred Meatballs for this batch! This soup is very time consuming but is the reason it sells out quickly, so our customers that drive from Windsor & Toronto just to buy our soups! it will be ready on Wednesday……
We have all the regular sandwich options available with the addition of the Thai Peanut Wrap sooooo Come get you some! at the Firehall Market in foggy downtown Port Stanley.

Good morning Soupers!

We are sorry to say that due to an unexpected and overwhelming number of customers yesterday we didn’t get our Beef Vegetable Soup finished! We are back chopping vegetables again and I promise you it will be delicious and ready for tomorrow!

It’s definitely a great day for an amazing hot bowl of one of our Platinum award winning soups, and today we have Chicken Noodle and Split Pea & Ham!
