We hosted our last farm to table dinner of the year at the Hourglass last Saturday and it was a beauty! It was cozy and rich full of good people, good music, good food and community vibes! Our guests dined in Perth's quaintest café as we celebrated our local farms feasting and enjoying each other's company. It was a fabulous evening! Thank you to the Hourglass for letting us host at your amazing cafe. It is one of our favorite spaces! Thank you to Jack Surch for beautifully entertaining our guests each dinner! Thank you to Lanark County Interval House for speaking at our dinners about your amazing organization. We are so proud to help raise money for such a great cause. Thank you to our staff for pulling off these dinners like pros! And finally, thank you to our fabulous farmers who work hard so we can eat so well locally!!

Farm to Table at Hourglass 🍂

On Saturday evening, Hourglass wasThis Momma's Kitchenpecial Farm to Table dinner hosted by This Momma's Kitchen .

They brought the menu, the team, the cooking and the whole evening together — we simply had the pleasure of providing the space.

And what an evening it was.

Long tables, seasonal food, live music and a room full of people enjoying a proper sit-down dinner together.

It was lovely to see Hourglass used in a completely different way and to watch This Momma’s Kitchen make the space their own for the night.

A huge thank you to them for choosing Hourglass as the setting for the event, and to everyone who came along and filled the room.

A very special evening, and a lovely example of what can happen when good food and a good space come together.

Time well spent.

My husband Randy Brunet is our runner, heavy lifter, driver, groundskeeper, dishwasher, last minute shopper, dump run guy, setter-upper, all-around #1 supporter. This business wouldn't be the same without him. Thank you for your endless help and support!!
