Lanark Village Treats Village Treats is located in Lanark, Ontario. We hand make all our chocolates and are open 8am-3pm 7 days a week for dine-in breakfast and lunch.

y the finest, and freshest ingredients – just as Mr. West did when he started making fudge over 30 years ago. Using only top quality ingredients means Peter’s chocolate original recipe from Switzerland, ginger from Australia, and dairy products delivered fresh from farmers in the Ottawa Valley. Original recipes are still being used today, along with some of the same machinery that were used right from the start. All chocolates start off from the scratch and are cook in large copper pots over an open flame in our kitchen in Balderson, Ontario. Then, we hand we press our truffles and creams before they are sent down our line to be enrobed in either milk or dark chocolate. Working so closely with our chocolates at every step of production ensures a product that is true to the standards Mr. West set back when he started. Top quality is Village Treats top priority – customers expect nothing less, and Village Treats will never disappoint them. Over the years Village Treats has found ways to produce the same top quality product in ways that allow the company to continually offer reasonable prices for the high quality of its products.
