New offering alert: LUNCHES! Join us on our beautiful patio space this summer for our Al Fresco Style lunches. We have dates available for June and July only at this time, please see below for specific dates:

June: 10, 12, 13, 17, 24 & 25
July: 1, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18, 23 & 24

Reservations are private bookings only- NO walk-in availability. Please send us an email to [email protected] for all inquiries. Our minimum food spend to join us is $600 and it is $125 per person excluding GST and gratuity. Lunches are a 1pm arrival time with a maximum of 12 guests.

Just got back from 2 days instructing Pastry Arts students at Okanagan College for chocolate work!
As I’ve said before- knowledge is wasted if not shared…
Chocolate milder some minds, and the end results for first timers was very impressive!
Every student was rewarded with successful bonbons for their efforts.
It’s been a few years since I have stepped foot in the college as a sub instructor, and I had lots of fun!
Everyone should be proud of this rather finicky artwork…. Chocolate isn’t easy!
I feel a chocolate crash coming from tasting so many creative and unique flavours.
Good times, and I hope my dad jokes didn’t deter anyone from coming for a visit to the farm some day….

Enjoy a seasonal farm to table 3 course menu thoughtfully paired with Corcelettes wines in an intimate and relaxed setting. This event will feature a guided tasting and wine pairing experience led by Jesce, owner of Corcelettes Esate Winery, alongside a seasonal menu crafted by our culinary team.
