Il existe un genre de journĂ©e oĂč tu abats plus d’ouvrage que prĂ©vu, et oĂč il te reste encore quelque chose pour ta soirĂ©e.

Cette journĂ©e-lĂ , on l’a bĂątie, et un mardi aux deux semaines on ouvre les portes chez La Maison Ralia pour t’inviter dedans.

✩ Tu arrives Ă  8h30, tu repars Ă  16h30, et entre les deux le cafĂ© coule sans arrĂȘt, parce que nos pour over sont gratuits toute la journĂ©e.

✩ Notre son est choisi, ce n’est pas une trame en arriùre-plan, parce qu’on comprend l’effet qu’une piùce a sur ton attention.

✩ Nos odeurs sont choisies de la mĂȘme façon, et elles bougent pour que l’aprĂšs-midi ne ressemble pas au matin.

✩ Notre nourriture est pensĂ©e pour te faire du bien, et si tu prĂ©fĂšres amener ton lunch, franchement, ça ne dĂ©range personne.

Tout ça vient de chez nous, et tu vas goĂ»ter notre cafĂ© avant l’ouverture, ce qui est honnĂȘtement notre partie prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©e.

We have built that day, and every other Tuesday we open the doors at La Maison Ralia and invite you into it.

✩ You arrive at 8:30, you head home at 4:30, and in between the coffee never stops, because our pour overs are free all day long.

✩ Our sound is chosen rather than left playing in the background, because we understand what a room does to your attention.

✩ Our scent is chosen the same way, and it shifts so the afternoon never feels like the morning.

✩ Our food is made for how you want to feel, and if you would rather bring your own lunch, honestly nobody minds.

All of it comes from us, and you will be tasting our coffee before the cafe opens, which is honestly our favourite part.
