This month we're featuring Harmony Beef, Alberta Prime strip loins and rib eyes raised within 120 km of Brooks, Alberta. The cattle are raised, finished, and processed all within that same local radius, making this a true farm-to-table Alberta story.

Alberta Prime is the highest beef grade in Canada, and these cuts are 28-day dry aged for maximum tenderness and depth of flavour.
