Fall is a great time to visit, especially mid week.

The 3.5km mountain hike in Banff national park may be tough but the tea, and the views, are well worth it. And at least you don’t have to carry the ingredients up there – like the staff do

First hike of 2016. Are you up do a spring challenge? Samuel age 7 made it up in 65 minutes with one shoe down the cliff and a couple waist high post holes. Blue bird day in the Canadian Rockies.
