Crunchy oven roasted ciabatta croutons, red onions, bocconcini cheese, fresh basil, tomatoes on a bed of crisp lettuce with the best dressing ever! The dressing is made with almost all the ingredients in the salad which amplifies the flavours! It’s mine and Pete’s fav salad!

Mixed lettuce, goat cheese, red onions, gorgeous fresh Quebec strawberries and savoury honey nut granola with a white wine vinegar/honey vinaigrette. It's to die for, the granola makes this salad so so so delicious!

Linguine in a lemon, garlic and olive oil sauce with lightly cooked asparagus, topped with lemon zest and cracked black pepper. Light and perfect for spring since the asparagus are in season right now.
