🎉 Feliz día del grito de la independencia de México. 🇲🇽 These are going to be our specials for the rest of the week. 🌶 🫑

1st special 🫑Chiles Rellenos stuffed with cheese and egg battered. Well balanced and perfect if you're vegetarian and love some good cheese with a side of Mexican Rice, tortillas, salad and all the salsa you like. 🧀 🫑

This 2nd special❗️Pozole Rojo de Puerco❗️
If you loved our Pozole Verde with chicken last time, you will also enjoy Pozole Rojo ! Red pozole on pork meat. 🍵

This ancient traditional soup/stew, dates back before the Spanish Conquista. Definately not a modern recipe. Made with maiz (hominy) and garnished with lettuce or cabbage, onion, fresh reddish, avocado, light lime juice and salsa of your choice will have your palate exploding with amazing flavors. 🌶🥑🍋

This dish is usually served during a special festivity or as a special request in weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and today September 15th! 🎊🪅
