Because Silversmith 🍻

Silversmith Brewing Company's story began way back in 2011, when two friends looked around their hometown of Niagara-on-the-Lake and were struck by the fact that while the region had 38 wineries, and not a single brewery. In the nearby town of Virgil was an old church. The friends bought the 130-year-old building, moved their equipment in, and Silversmith Brewing Company had its home. 15 years later, they still make their famous, multi-award winning The Black Lager.

Farm League Brewing is a popular, independent craft brewery located in the Galt core of Cambridge, Ontario. Established in 2021 by a trio of local friends, the brewery operates out of the historic 1880s Galt Knife Factory. They operate 14 taps out of their taproom featuring a diverse lineup of approachable and seasonal brews. Beyond brewing, they host live music concerts, community markets, and pop-up events.

Blue Mountain Brewing Co. is more than just a brewery; it’s a tribute to the outdoors, to crisp air, wild trails, and moments that make you feel alive. Inspired by The Blue Mountains and fueled by the spirit of adventure, their beer is made for powder days, summit hikes, switchback rides, and golden-hour campfires. What began as King Brewery later became part of Thornbury Craft Co., the birthplace of Blue Mountain Light Lager. As the brewery grew, so did the vision, leading to the launch of Thornbury Craft Co. Brewery and, finally, the transformation into Blue Mountain Brewing Co. in 2024.

In the west end of Toronto, deep in a basement, somewhere between the dryer and the furnace, Andrew McCready began brewing beer. The early beers were honed and honed. Then that beer entered homebrew contests and won a lot of prizes.

Now Bickford Brewing Co. has grown into Toronto's smallest Brewery - they make it local and with local ingredients. Born as home brew, their award-winning beer is now ready for so many more.
