DAYDREAM IS BACKKKKKKKK 💭☀️😎☕️
Wild Blueberries 🫐 • Orange Creamsicle 🍊🍦 • Chocolate Fudge 🍫

This year, our limited summer blend Daydream ☕️ feels juicy, bright, and serenely sweet like a fresh basket of wild Ontario blueberries, a chocolate fudge sundae and lying on the grass in a wide open field watching the sunny afternoon clouds roll by with an orange creamsicle 🤤

It pairs an incredible Ethiopian Dumerso Natural 🇪🇹with Honduras Sueños de Buena Vista 🇭🇳

Ethiopia Dumerso Natural 🇪🇹
Ethiopia Dumerso Natural is a blend of local landraces and JARC cultivars grown by local smallholder farmers at breathtaking altitudes of over 1,960 meters above sea level in the charming area of Dumerso, nestled in Yirgacheffe. In this zone, coffee is the heart of the community, making up over 90% of local families’ incomes. At the Dumerso washing station, sisters Mahder and Hirut Berhanu take pride in overseeing the coffee growing and processing to ensure the Natural lots reflect the inherently beautiful flavours for which the renowned Yirgacheffe region is known — imported by Ethio Catalyst Trade PLC 💚

**Honduras Sueños de Buena Vista **🇭🇳
This field blend of Parainema & IH90 is grown in Buena Vista in the beautiful Comayagua region of Honduras by three smallholder producers Lesli Inestroza, Elsie Livercita and Dyvin Arnaldo. Once picked at peak ripeness from the producers’ farms, the cherries are floated to remove damaged or underripe seeds and are de-pulped on the same day. The de-pulped coffee undergoes dry fermentation for 30 hours in concrete tanks or plastic barrels placed in the shade. After fermentation, it is washed with clean water and then dried on raised beds inside solar dryers for an average of 25 days 🌞 — imported by Intentionally sourced green coffee for Sueños de Semilla 💚

About Santa Teresa micromill 🍒
The Urena’s Santa Teresa micro-mill is unique in many ways, but the 2000 MASL elevation is one of the most significant talking points. With many farms and micro-mills in Costa Rica, it is common to harvest cherries and bring them down to lower-elevation micro-mills. However, Ureña’s farms are more often bringing cherries to Santa Teresa for processing. With the high elevation comes much cooler temperatures and a significant diurnal shift. This process makes growing and processing coffee take longer, especially during cherry maturation, fermentation, and drying, and undoubtedly results in high-quality coffees.

The Ureñas are committed to quality, constantly experimenting with planting new varieties and trialling different processing methods. They have built many African beds for drying their special varieties and experimental fermentations. They consistently place in the top 10 of the Cup of Excellence competition in Costa Rica each year. We feel privileged to work with Roger and Alex Ureña and look forward to their annual coffee 🫶 Finca Santa Teresa is one of Roger and Alex Ureña’s ten farms!!!! They plant a wide variety of coffee and process all of their coffee at their own Santa Teresa mill. Once freshly handpicked at peak ripeness, all coffees undergo the honey processing method, which leaves a certain amount of mucilage, or the flesh of the fruit, on the coffee seeds during processing of the cherry. A white honey processed coffee relates to a coffee that last the least amount of mucilage on it ☕️

With the help of long lasting partnership of and as always, thank you Alex Ureña .jos.13 and family for this delicious coffee every year 💚💚

Introducing a new incredible coffee from Rosa Lindomira Altamirano 🇵🇪 ☕️

🍒 Caturra — Washed
Stewed Pear 🍐 • Fig Jam • Butterscotch 🍬

It feels expressive and layered, like stewed pears, butterscotch drizzled over figs, and homemade apple pie cooling on the windowsill of an English cottage 🏡🌲

Rosa’s coffees serve as an outstanding representation of Peru’s capability to produce exceptional coffee 🇵🇪 Coffee cultivation in the Cajamarca region has a rich history, largely from small family-owned farms that adhere to organic farming practices deeply rooted in their cultural connection to the land. Producers like Rosa typically grow coffee on just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, fruits, and vegetables. Often, the family undertakes harvesting with minimal to no hired help, handling picking and land management themselves. Cherries are handpicked and carefully sorted before being de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried using personal equipment on personal property.

Read more about Rosa’s coffee processing methods on the website!

💛 Special thanks to for sharing Rosa’s coffees with us!! If you previously loved Liliana Heredia Altamariano and Neptaly Santos Correa’s coffees from Peru, you’re going to want to get your hands on this coffee too!! ☕️ 🫶

Trust us when we say you do not wanna miss this Peruvian coffee 🤩 grab it before it disappears 💨

Caturra, Washed

Damian’s farm, Buena Vista, which translates to ‘Beautiful View,’ is aptly named for the breathtaking views of native oak forests and natural springs surrounding it ⛰️ Situated at 1,840MASL near the village of La Muralla, framed by the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes. This region of the mountains is known for its subtropical ecosystem, humid mountain forest, rich soil, and cooler temperatures, which allow the production of exceptional coffees of incredible quality.

We spoke with Damian from and shared these words with you!!

Rum Raisin Peach 🍑 White Tea 🫖
Typica Majorado, White Honey 🍯

The Calderón family has been working in Dota Valley, Tarrazú, Costa Rica, for three generations. The family now owns fifteen farms and a Los Angeles micro-mill, where they process coffee from their farms. This particular lot is a Typica Mejorado from the El Maracuya farm, which the family has owned for over 40 years. Until five years ago, it was a granadilla farm, but they decided to replant this 2-hectare lot exclusively with Typica Mejorado. This is a white honey-processed coffee in which the cherries were harvested at peak ripeness, go through the meticulous honey process, and then sun-dried on raised beds.

Santa Lucia SL28 SUPERBREW 🌟 ☕️
Tangerine 🍊 Honey 🍯 Sweet Berries 🫐
SL28, White Honey 🍯

A Kenyan from Costa Rica?!? This super coffee is the best of two origins. It’s reminiscent of a Kenyan style of coffee, with a vibrant acidity from the SL 28. Still, because it’s grown in the West Valley in Costa Rica and processed via the white honey method, there is so much rich depth and layers to the sweetness!! This white honey-processed SL 28 variety comes from producer Ricardo Perez’s farm, Santa Lucia. It is processed at his family-owned micro-mill, Helsar de Zarcero, which we have worked with for over nine years. The trees were planted about five years ago, and this is Ricardo’s fifth harvest from them and our third year of purchasing!!

Gesha

Percy Huaman Pintado comes from a long line of coffee producers and is the proud owner of the Rayos del Sol farm, a beautiful 5-hectare estate nestled in the breathtaking Alto Ihuamaca region of San Ignacio. Working closely with neighbouring family members who are passionate about coffee cultivation, Percy and his relatives share invaluable farming techniques and knowledge to help each other succeed. When it comes to his prized Gesha plants, Percy is meticulous in his approach, carefully selecting only the ripest cherries and overseeing a deliberate and unhurried drying process. This unwavering commitment to excellence resulted in Percy’s Gesha coffee being chosen for this year’s prestigious Cup of Excellence auction. In a touching tribute to the enduring light that guides him through even the most challenging times, Percy decided to christen his farm ‘Rayos del Sol,’ symbolizing the glimmer of hope he always sees on the horizon 🌞

La Tarralla Espresso ☕️ 🇲🇽
Maple 🍁 • Pecan Pie 🥧 • Honey Cheerios 🍯
Washed

This specific lot of coffee is a field blend of Caturra, Marsellesa, Costa Rica and Marago that is harvested at peak ripeness on each producer’s small 2.5-hectare plot farm, carried down the mountain on their backs, a journey that takes about two hours. Once back home, the coffee is fermented in concrete tanks for approximately 24 hours, then dried on cement patios for 12 to 15 days, depending on the weather.

La Tarralla is a small, remote community located in the district of Angel Albino Corzo, making it one of the highest and most isolated areas in Chiapas, Mexico 🇲🇽 The community is named “La Tarralla,” which means “The Fishing Net” in Spanish, due to its unique shape!
