Think elevated cookie dough! Salted Blondie is a coconut cream ice cream with miso paste in the base. We made a made from scratch blondie with peanut butter, vegan chocolate and miso paste which creates the perfect balance of salty & sweet *chefs kiss*

Not many people know what this flavour is 👇

German Chocolate Cake is a fan favourite of ours for good reason 💃💃

Reminding us of a bounty chocolate bar, this ice cream starts with a coconut cream chocolate base, which means it's VEGAN and DAIRY FREE. We add a ripple of a handmade German frosting, which is a gooey mixture of coconut and toasted pecans. 🎉

After you try this, you will see why it's a fan favourite - the perfect "ooey & gooey" crunch does exist 👀

Fun fact: this flavour is inspired by a friend of Chases family who made THE BEST German chocolate cake. She truly was a ray of sunshine and embodied the fun, uplifting and full of life mentality we hope to create with Salt Mine Creamery 🫶🫶🫶

This isn't your typical Cookies & Cream ice cream, this is Salt Mine's take on this nostalgic classic, but elevated. 💃

Our handmade gluten free black cocoa cookies are added into our cream cheese based ice cream to create this "not too sweet" cookies & cream flavour! 🤤

Unbox our new containers with us! One of our core values personally and as business owners has always been to support local! As we continue to grow, we wanted a container company that we could grow into and support local!

A VERY small change you might never have noticed otherwise, but our containers are now made right here in Goderich!

A HUGE shoutout to in Goderich for being so willing to take on a small business. We got to go on a tour of the facility and it was wild to see just how efficient this facility and their team is! We are so honoured for this partnership!

In addition to our pints, we have also updated our doubles containers as well to support local! 💃
