The Park House and Marshall Family Announce Exciting New Venture: Goose & Gander Brewhouse Coming to Bayfield in Spring 2026

BAYFIELD, ONTARIO – The Park House and the Marshall Family are pleased to announce the successful completion of an asset purchase of Bayfield Brewing Company, located in the heart of beautiful Bayfield, Ontario.

The property will undergo renovations throughout the winter months and will reopen in Spring 2026 as the Goose & Gander Brewhouse — a fresh, welcoming establishment celebrating great food, craft beer, and community spirit.

After construction, the brewery will continue to operate and serve its popular lineup of craft beers under the Bayfield Brewing Company banner, ensuring that locals and visitors alike can still enjoy their favourite brews post transition.

“We’re incredibly excited to begin this next chapter and continue contributing to Bayfield’s vibrant hospitality scene,” said Tyler Marshall, General Manager. “Goose & Gander Brewhouse will bring together the best of local flavour, Canadian charm, and great company in a warm, inviting setting.”

A new website and social media channels will launch soon. Guests are encouraged to follow along for updates on construction progress, menu previews, and sneak peeks at what’s to come for Goose & Gander Brewhouse.
