Another great barbecue in the books!

We had the pleasure of catering a staff barbecue for Delta V Holdings, serving up homemade beef burgers, smokies, potato salad, Greek salad, our famous Caesar salad, homemade pork and beans, assorted drinks, and plenty of homemade baking.

There were lots of hungry workers and family members to feed, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a great meal together.

Thank you to the fantastic team at Delta V Holdings for having us. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make sure everyone left with a full stomach!

We had a very busy week last week, with three deliveries to the University Hospital!

It always means so much to serve the amazing healthcare teams who work so hard every day.

We delivered lunch to the wonderful staff at the MIC who continue to support us. We truly appreciate every one of you!

We also had the pleasure of catering for Dr. Gloeckler and his team at the Mazankowski, with a variety of fresh wraps and sandwiches, fruit trays, veggie trays with dip, homemade baking, and assorted drinks. The response was incredible, and Dr. Gloeckler even sent us such a kind email. Messages like these remind us why we love what we do.

Then, with very short notice, Dr. Gloeckler reached out again to ask if we could provide lunch for his team at the Stollery Children's Hospital the very next day. Of course we said yes!

Walking through the Stollery is something that stays with you. Seeing those brave children and their families is heartbreaking, and it makes you appreciate even more the compassionate people who care for them every day.

A heartfelt thank you to all the doctors, nurses, support staff, and healthcare teams at the University Hospital, Mazankowski, MIC, and Stollery. It is an honour to help take care of the people who spend their days taking care of others. ❤️

We had the pleasure of working with Cody & Berkley over the past year, and it was an honour to cater their special day. Their guests enjoyed smoked pork and chicken sliders for cocktail hour, followed by a homemade feast of roast beef, baked chicken, mashed potatoes, perogies, grilled vegetables, fresh salads, homemade desserts, and late-night mac and cheese.

The compliments from the bride, groom, and their guests meant the world to us, but this beautiful card they gave us truly touched our hearts. Knowing they appreciated the care, planning, and hard work that goes into every wedding made it incredibly special.

Another beautiful wedding weekend is in the books, and we're feeling incredibly grateful.

One of this weekend's wedding menus featured homemade roast beef with gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, baked salmon, roasted baby potatoes, and a variety of fresh, homemade salads. It was such a joy to serve this wonderful couple and their guests.

"All my guests were asking who made the food because it was all amazing. From the Caesar salad all the way to the salmon and roast beef. The Caesar salad dressing is the best, like 10 out of 10. Every wedding is unique, and we love helping couples create a meal their guests will remember.

This weekend we had the pleasure of catering a beautiful wedding at The Valley Weddings, where guests enjoyed roast beef with homemade beef gravy, baked chicken with our creamy dill sauce, mashed potatoes, grilled zucchini, peppers, onions and carrots, perogies with butter and onions, our famous Caesar salad, dill pickle pasta salad, Greek salad, and fresh buns with butter.

The compliments kept coming throughout the evening, with guests telling us it was "the best wedding food they've ever had" and that they could tell everything was homemade.

Rain was in the forecast, but nothing was going to stand in the way of Amy and Tyson's special day.

Saturday brought steady rain from start to finish, yet our incredible team never missed a beat. A huge shoutout to Spencer and Sandy, who spent the day barbecuing steaks in the pouring rain and did an absolutely amazing job. Every member of our staff worked through the weather with smiles on their faces to help make the day everything the couple had hoped for.

Amy and Tyson took their menu seriously, joining us for not one, but two tasting sessions to make sure every detail was just right. Their final selections included barbecued rib steaks, baked salmon, rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, Susie's Sicilian Salad, our famous Caesar salad, and, for a late-night lunch, delicious perogies.

Sometimes the best opportunities come with very little notice.

We recently received a last-minute request to cater a meal for the team at Ideal Products, and we were happy to make it happen.

The menu featured tender roast beef, juicy roast chicken, baked potatoes with all the toppings, Italian pasta marinara, our famous Caesar salad, and homemade potato salad.

Hearing how much everyone enjoyed the meal and receiving so many kind words of appreciation made all the hard work worthwhile.

There is no better compliment than a returning customer.

We recently had the pleasure of catering another lunch for a client who enjoyed their first experience with us so much that they invited us back. We truly appreciate the trust our returning customers place in us.

This time we delivered 115 fresh, hearty protein bowls for the staff at ACSA, featuring Korean Beef Bowls, Greek Chicken Bowls, and our Chicken Caesar Bowls.

The feedback was fantastic. Everyone commented on how fresh the ingredients were and how generous the portions were. We believe no one should leave lunch feeling hungry!

Nothing beats a fresh barbecue to celebrate a great group of teachers!

We had the pleasure of catering an on-site staff barbecue for the amazing teachers at Highland School, serving up homemade beef burgers, beef hot dogs with all the toppings and condiments, creamy pasta salad, and of course, our famous Caesar salad.

One of our favourite compliments of the day? Several teachers were surprised to learn the burgers were homemade! We believe the little details make all the difference, and there's nothing quite like fresh, homemade food shared with great people.

Thank you, Highland School, for letting us be part of your staff celebration. We hope everyone enjoyed a well-deserved meal!
