Protein has officially become the buzzword of the year.
Have you noticed that almost every product in the grocery store suddenly has “PROTEIN” plastered across the package?
But here’s the thing… protein doesn’t just come from meat, chicken, or fish. Plants pack a punch too. 🌱
Did you know that just a handful of pumpkin seeds can contain around 9-10 grams of protein?
At Mudsharks, a lot of our most-loved meals naturally contain a solid amount of protein thanks to ingredients like eggs, chicken, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, sprouts, oats, h**p hearts, nut butters, and more.
