Henrics Cookies Hello to all my wonderful clients. Since then, my 2 growing boys (Henry & Eric) are now nearly 5 and 6 and starting a adventure together. Style in every bite.

A few years ago I had to slow down on my spa services to accommodate my little family..then it pretty much came to a end with the addition of my second son very soon after the arrival of my first. I completely understand if this may not be something you're interested in and choose to no longer follow the page, but, we'd love it if you stay along with us for this next journey into COOKIES! Henrics S'more Latte is making its appearance this Saturday Fairgrounds Farmers’ Market. It won't be a hot day..a slight chill in the air..perfect for imagining you're around that campfire with a yummy s'more latte.

This weeks cookies are the perfect companion as we have the classic chocolate chip, peanut butter & Jam and the S'more cookie!

Come by the Koffiehuis for a bevie and a sweet treat.. are you attending the Rodeo or coming for some produce..? Either way, we'll see you there! 8am-1pm!

Today we tried soft white sourdough bread. Just 2 extra ingredients to be it 'wonder bread' style with the added damaging ingredients.

Good morning puppies!

Kids were at me again for sandwich bread.. of course, they love the simple white sourdough.

I will always bake large batches for them so its always available (unless they've frigging eaten it all). If you like to have extras for the freezer..here's what we do.. WITH OUR LOAVES, NOT LOAVES CUSTOMERS PURCHASE.. Just saying.

Wrap tight in plastic wrap x2 and place in the freezer. When you feel a hankering for yummy bread, take from the freezer and run your loaf under running water. Place in a 450° oven for 15 minutes. Comes out fresh as made. At least this is what we do.. you do you. 😀
