Ceviche is all about fresh, bite-sized pieces of fish, marinated in citrusy leche de tigre and served with classic Peruvian flavours and sides.

Tiradito, on the other hand, features thinly sliced fish served with a flavourful sauce—bringing together Peruvian ingredients with a touch of Japanese influence.

Both are fresh. Both are packed with flavour. And honestly… choosing just one isn’t easy.
