Step into the ring with our World Heavyweight Champion, The Wise Man’s Philly — slow-cooked roast beef, sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms, topped with melted cheddar cheese and served on toasted ciabatta with horseradish mayo. A serious contender for your new favourite.
