💚 Slow-simmered, made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients.. this weeks special is a hug in a bowl.

Our Hearty Cabbage Stew is packed with cabbage, carrots, potatoes, fresh dill & a rich tomato base. Finished with creamy labneh & served with toasted baguette. 🥖

🌱 GF and can be made vegan, just ask for no labneh.

✨ What is labneh?
A thick, tangy strained yogurt from the Middle East that adds a creamy, cooling finish. ✨

The BAG is looking for a seasoned bar pro to run the show during events and build a career in a community oriented event, rental and cafe space.

We’re looking for someone who is strong at leading the floor, mentoring staff, owning liquor compliance, managing cash + closing, and ensuring every event runs seamlessly on the bar.

Two soft poached eggs over garlic labneh, finished with chili butter + parsley–jalapeño oil. Served with crispy hash, fried brussel sprouts, and warm homemade za’atar flatbread.

Go bold with lamb merguez or keep it veggie with Portobello & king oyster mushrooms 💃

Creamy. Spiced. A little indulgent.
And absolutely worth it.

Here’s a little preview of what we’ll be serving at Zephyr…

A rich dark hot chocolate made entirely in house, topped with whipped cream, strawberry jam, peanut butter swirl, and dark chocolate sprinkles, served with a side of our oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough gelato 🍫🍪
