THE PRIZE (POWER POP/MELBOURNE)

Since forming in 2021, The Prize has established itself as one of Australia’s premier rock and roll outfits. A handful of sought-after EP’s and their signiture sound quickly found them sharing stages throughout Australia with legendary groups like Pavement, Sunnyboys, The Stems and Guitar Wolf before being invited on two EU/UK tours in support of King Gizzard & The Lizzard Wizzard and The Chats in 2023 and 2024 respectively. Their unique blend of rock and roll, punk, power-pop and powerful live shows cements them domestically and internationally as heavy-hitters in the the scene and a must-see live act.

THE GOODS (POWER POP/OACKLAND)

Oakland powerpopband The Goods return with Don’t Spoil the Fun, their örst full-length album. Written and produced by frontman Rob Good, the record captures the band’s sunny technicolor jangle, where arpeggios ring and harmonies soar a top of a bed of sprightly strummed guitars
and bouncing basslines. Channeling the classics himme of The Byrds and Big Star with the energy of Teenage Fanclub and Matthew Sweet, The Goods’ signature sound feels both familiar and fresh.

JOEL CUSUMANO (POWER POP/OACKLAND)

Though you, dear reader, may not know it, Joel Cusumano has played a huge role in the Bay Area underground scene for years—as songwriter and/or lead guitarist in a wide-ranging lineup of bands such as Sob Stories, R.E. Seraphin, and Body Double.

WAX JAW (PUNK/PHILADELPHIE)

Wax Jaw built their sound on a drive to play high-energy shows that would leave no audience member standing still. Born out of Philadelphia’s expansive music scene, the band fuses dynamic and fast-paced punk tunes with emotionally charged lyrics, inspiring fans to search their hearts while sweating it out on the dance floor.

MATCHING OUTFIT (POP/BERLIN)

Matching Outfits are a trio of adopted Berliners whose warped, wistful take on indie pop has been compared to “a Super 8 film from the family attic”. Singer Linnea Mårtensson’s lyrics capture life’s major losses and minor inconveniences in gut-wrenching, occasionally hilarious detail, while dulcet harmonies morph into discordant freakouts and shout-along choruses.

NANCY AND THE JAMS FANCYS (PUNK/MORUYA)

Nancy and the Jam Fancys hit like a shot of pure chaos—razor-sharp guitars, pounding rhythms, and swagger for days. Blending post-punk grit with sleazy rock’n’roll energy, they deliver loud, fast, no-nonsense anthems built for packed rooms and late nights.
Expect sweat, distortion, and zero restraint—this is raw, unapologetic live music that doesn’t ask for permission.
Catch them while you can.

DEGURUTIENI (TRASH ONE MAN BAND/JAPAN)

From Nishinari Osaka Japan Weird Wild Obscure Spooky exotica burlesque toy junk Muzak Trash One Man Band music made with broken cassette desks and fu**ed up record players

BABY TYLER BAND (PUNK/WISCONSIN)

Over the course of five years, and just as many releases, Madison, Wisconsin’s Tyler Fassnacht (also of FIRE HEADS, PROUD PARENTS, THE H***Y) has taken BABY TYLER from caustic solo punk sideshow to a raging powerhouse five-piece band, decimating stages, floors, basements and DIY shacks across the country. Corroding their amped up garage punk with hardcore speed, volume and dissatisfaction, BABY TYLER unleashes their explosive sixth album October 17th on NightBell Records. SUCKER WITH A DREAM, engineered by Graham Hunt (Smoking Room, Run For Cover, Let’s Pretend) and mastered by Greg Obis, features twelve of Fassnacht’s most honed in and unhinged tracks in a blistering 22 minutes, melding catchy hooks, heavy riffs, waves of noise and chaos.

CLUBS (POWER POP/BERLIN)
