When reached out, we were already in the middle of another project .bagels
Opening a second location wasn’t on our roadmap. But something about Groenkwartier just felt right.
The past months have been intense. A lot of decisions, long days, learning, adapting and finding our rhythm. Like every new beginning, it came with moments of doubt and moments we’ll never forget.
What keeps us going isn’t just the food or the coffee. It’s seeing familiar faces walk through the door. Watching neighbours become regulars. Seeing people meet over lunch, work for an hour, catch up with friends or simply enjoy a quiet moment.
None of this would have been possible without our incredible team. Thank you for believing in this adventure, for showing up every day, and for putting your heart into what we do. We’re building this together.
And to everyone in Groenkwartier—thank you for welcoming us, supporting us and making us feel at home. Every visit, every conversation and every smile reminds us why we do this.
